Honey with a biological cinnamon of Ceylon


Combination of two hyperfoods. In recent years more and more research and more and more scientists have argued that the combination of the two foods offers great benefits to health.

Cinnamon Ceylon, or as they call it “true cinnamon,” reduces inflammation and studies that have been made seem to slow Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s evolution. It also helps to prevent the reproduction of cancerous cells.

Honey, with its antioxidative effect and antibacterial properties, helps to suppress coughs and gives strong treatment to wounds.

The above is scientifically proven. The combination of the two has been scientifically proven to be beneficial in the following areas:

  • It can reduce the risk of heart disease as it reduces LDL cholesterol (bad), reduces triglycerides and increases HDL cholesterol (good).
  • It can help to prevent but also manage diabetes.
  • Both honey and cinnamon are excellent sources of antioxidants protecting against unstable molecules called free roots, which may harm our cells.

There are some more popular but unproven allegations of the action of the two superfoods.
