According to the regulation governing the operation of the online stores, you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order. In such a case, please contact us in order to send you the withdrawal form.

In the event of withdrawal, the product must be in the condition in which it was received.

You must send us the receipt or the purchase invoice together with the product as well as the withdrawal statement.

Refunds are made by us in the agreed convenient way.

Products that are vulnerable to transport such as ROYAL PULP and POLY which can be altered, according to the law are excluded from withdrawal.
